Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba enters Manchester United’s Carrington training ground ahead of his world record transfer.
A difficult transfer saga is finally coming to an end with Manchester United chief executive Ed Woodward completing a deal that sends out a serious statement of intent around world football record.
The fee is expected to rise over the £100million mark, with the France international set to undergo his medical before completing the return to his former club – as announced on United’sofficial site.
After Manchester united Airport earlier today revealed Pogba had landed in the city prior to medical tests, it is believed the 23-year-old midfielder will be confirmed on Tuesday after the formalities have been completed.
Pogba joined the Manchester United youth academy in 2009 from French side Le Havre and, despite making his first team debut two years later, only made seven appearances for the club.
The deal, which is expected to rise above £100m after his agent Mino Raiola claims around £20million in fees after Pogba signs a contract worth in excess of £220,000-a-week as he officially arrives for his medical
