The honorable Minister for Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed seems to be caught in the web of a trending scandal.
The outspoken minister is said to have demanded for a loan of 13 million naira from Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) for a trip to China.
According to the scanned picture of the Request Letter for the loan and has signed by the Director, Public Relations and Protocol of the ministry, the loan will enable Alhaji Lai Mohammed and his team to travel to China "to carry out an assignment in the interest of the nation. "
