“Sweet Love” was recorded around the same time Wizkid made “Ojuelegba” with his band. He says he was going through a difficult period, leaving his former label EME, and so decided to put pen to paper.

This is Wizkid’s first single under RCA Records/Sony Music International and it was written and produced by Sarz.
“Sweet Love” video highlights WizKid’s immense popularity throughout Africa and the pandemonium that follows him whenever he goes on tour.
Wizkid said that the song is “an introduction” to those who don’t know him yet. “The visual is made up from content of my live shows throughout Africa, which will give my fans a real insight and feel of me performing back home.”
