Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, (MACBAN) an umbrella body for herdsmen in Nigeria has stated reasons it cannot labeled terrorists and as such cannot be proscribed like the Federal Government did to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
