New NNPC GMD sacks GED’s, slashes number of Directorates



Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, the newly appointed group managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation  (NNPC) Wedneday, commenced   restructuring  exercise of  the state owned oil giant.
He sacked the existing eight Executive Directors, and appointed four new ones
 The  number of directorates has been cut  from eight to four. The new Directorates and their Group Executive Directors, are as follows.
Refining and Engineering – Dr. M.K Baru
Exploration and Production – Denis Nnamdi  
Commercial and Investment -Bankole Komolafe  
 Finance- Isiaka AbdulRazak.
