A member of the House of Representatives has expressed the urgent need for the Federal Government and the National Assembly to investigate the increasing cases of brutality by security officials against Nigerians in different parts of the country.
Speaking in Abuja, the lawmaker said recently security officials stormed the Ariaria Market, killing three people in the process.
Representing Obingwa/Ugwunagbo/Osisioma Federal Constituency, Mr Solomon Adaelu, said the manner these officials who are meant to protect citizens go about doing their jobs leaves a lot to be desired and urged government to check the ugly trend.
