Nick Gordon could be charged with murder as 'secret jury is being convened in Bobbi Kristina case'

A secret jury is reportedly being convened to bring possible murder charges against Nick Gordon after Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
According to Radar Online, the ex of Whitney Houston's tragic daughter has his criminal lawyer, Jose Baez, on the case in Florida and continues to deny any foul-play.
A source said: "The District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury.
"It's likely the other people in the house the morning she was found unresponsive will be called to testify.
"But it doesn't appear that Nick will be called because the D.A. doesn't want to give away their hand in preparation of a possible trial."
According to the insider, the likes of Bobbi Kristina's pal Max Lomas, who phoned 911, and his girlfriend Danyela Bradley could be called to give evidence in Georgia after the 22-year-old was found face-down in a bathtub in January.
The aspiring singer was put in a medically induced coma and later died on July 26 at an Atlanta hospice, surrounded by her friends and family.
Meanwhile, Gordon is also subject to a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit which has been filed by her family, who claim he beat her after an all-night "cocaine and drinking binge." He denies all accusations against him.
The cause of death had been determined - but a judge has ordered the medical examiner not to reveal all to the public because of the ongoing criminal investigation.
