Ogun Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs Bags another Award




It is yet another glorious moment for Chief Jide Ojuko, the Ogun State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs who was decorated with another award less than a month he was voted as one of the top ten commissioners of distinction in the South West, Nigeria by the Vintage Press.

The Forum for the Patriotic Members of All Progressive Congress (FOPAMEC) led by Hon, Adedayo Akintoye handed the award to the popular Ogun West politician.
Hon. Adedayo Akintoye explained that “it is essential we appraise both elected and appointed politicians at all time thus the award.”


He also called on politicians in the country “to provide good governance for its citizens in order to fast-track the change mantra of the ruling party of Muhammed Buhari led administration”

Hon. Adedayo Akintoye made the submission at the presentation of Grassroots Crusade Par Excellence (GCPE) award, to distinguished grassroots politician from Ogun West Senatorial District, to Chief Jide Ojuko at a ceremony held at Abeokuta. 

He also added that “the Forum is identifying with grassroots politicians across the state who shared with the vision and mission of the Buhari led administration, the vanguards of Change Begins With me Project and as well celebrate with Mr. President at 73.


He described Chief Jide Ojuko as “one of the very few politicians around who serve selflessly with people’s welfare as his utmost priority.”
