SERAP kicks against sharing $322 million Abacha loot among households, says it’s mis-targeted spending

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has kicked against the plan by the government of President Muhammadu Buhari to share the $350million (around N115 billion) loot recovered from former military ruler, late Gen.
