Former Akwa Ibom State governor, Senator Godswill Akpabio has resigned as the Senate minority leader. A move which is widely believed to be in preparation ahead of his anticipated defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator Akoabio tendered his resignation as leader of the PDP Senate caucus
