Dickson declares APC weak party as Alaibe, other chieftains defect to PDP
The Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state a weak party that is incapable of winning elections. The governor said this following the defection of former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Mr. Timi Alaibe, and some other chieftains of the APC in Bayelsa
