Envoy: Buhari’s dynamism rekindles Morocco-Nigeria ties
Ambassador Mohammed Methqal, Director General of Morocco International Cooperation Agency, has attributed the present cooperation between Nigeria and Morocco to strategic thinking by President Muhammadu Buhari.
