Agbakoba faults Tanko Mohammed’s appointment as acting CJN, submits petition
Dr Olisa Agbakoba, a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), has submitted a petition against Justice Tanko Muhammed, who was appointed last Friday as the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria by President Muhammadu Buhari.
