Eyitayo Jegede, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the October 10 governorship election in Ondo State has dragged winner of the poll, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the election petition tribunal in the state to challenge his victory.
Joined in the petition are the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Deputy Governor- elect, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the ruling party – APC.
