Breaking: Death Rumour Trails Olota of Ota, Oba Alani Oyede

Speculations making the round indicate that the traditional ruler of Ota, Awori Kingdom in Ado-Odo/Ota local government of Ogun State, Oba Moshood Adetoro Alani Oyede may have joined his ancestors.

According to our informed source , the first class king  and the ruler of  Awori Kingdom in Ogun State is being rumored to have passed on some hours ago.

A privy eye to the Olota's Palace confirmed the death rumor to our reporter but quickly added that it has not been traditionally or officially confirmed.

Though, the Ogun State Government is yet to make any official statement but feelers within the ancient town of the Awori tribe of the yoruba race made it clear to our reporter that the highly respected monarch joined his ancestors couple of hours ago.

However, further findings revealed that the retired educationist before he was crowned as the Olota of Ota and Arole Iganmode of Awori Kingdom in 1997 had been hospitalized at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State for some months for undisclosed ailments.
