James Ibori back in Nigeria

TheGuardian NG>>>  A former governor of Delta State, James Ibori, has returned to Nigeria after his release from a United Kingdom prison in December, 2016.

He was jailed in 2012, two years after he was arrested by the Interpol in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, where he was hiding after fleeing Nigeria.
He was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Southwark Crown Court on April 17, 2012 after pleading guilty to 10-count charge of money laundering and conspiracy to defraud.
But the former Delta State governor is appealing his conviction on the ground that his trial was mired in corruption
