Opposition parties threaten nationwide protest if IG remains in office beyond Jan 15
The opposition parties in the country are set for a showdown with the All Progressives Congress (APC) led government but this time not on election matters. The group of opposing political parties on Sunday resolved to embark nationwide protests if President Muhammadu Buhari failed to name a new Inspector General of Police after January 15.
